The owner of Cook Construction & Design, Inc., R.G. “Blue” Cook, works closely with engineers, architects and designers to bring your project in on time and as planned. Mr. Cook’s expertise in all aspects of Residential and Commercial construction gives our company a unique advantage. Cook Construction & Design has cultivated and maintained a respectable business relationship with trade experts for over 30 years! These include electricians, plumbers, architects, engineers, interior designers, tile setters, suppliers and many others. In addition to the wealth of knowledge that can only be attained from years of experience, Mr. Cook has been formally educated in all aspects of construction methods, construction inspection procedures and business management through Southwestern College, San Diego State University and certificates for Green Certified Building Professional, Photovoltaic Installation, International Code Council - CBC Residential Provisions, Construction Estimating and Xactimate Training.
